Medium Voltage Power Supply Infrastructure

Project Overview

This project involved the installation of a comprehensive medium-voltage (MV) electrical distribution system to support a large-scale agricultural and energy production facility. The scope included the integration of multiple MV transformers, underground distribution infrastructure, and coordination with on-site power generation systems to create a reliable and scalable power network. Benchmark was responsible for delivering the MV backbone, including conduit systems, grounding, and equipment installation, while coordinating with multiple trades and external vendors under an accelerated schedule. The system was designed to support both immediate operational needs and future expansion, incorporating looped distribution for redundancy and reliability. At completion, the project successfully delivered a robust, high-capacity electrical infrastructure capable of supporting continuous operations, future load growth, and integration with on-site generation assets.
