This project involved the full-scope electrical installation for a large-scale, controlled-environment agricultural facility, including both production and support buildings. Benchmark was responsible for delivering a comprehensive power distribution system, integrating utility service, medium- and low-voltage infrastructure, and complex branch circuitry to support highly automated operations. The work included extensive underground and aboveground raceway systems, installation of distribution equipment, lighting, and specialized systems such as fire alarm and process-related power. Over the course of construction, the project required coordination across multiple trades, evolving design conditions, and a high volume of field-driven changes. Despite these challenges, the project was successfully executed from mobilization through commissioning, resulting in a fully operational facility capable of supporting continuous production. This project demonstrates Benchmark’s ability to deliver complex, fast-paced industrial electrical systems while maintaining adaptability and execution efficiency.
